Appliances and Giftware
Gourmet Providores stocks a limited range of high quality, known brand appliances.  These have high brand recognition in the food enthusiast eyes and are known for their reliability and quality.  These are items of desire for food enthusiasts and make ideal Wedding, Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas and Mothers Day gifts.  A limited range of giftware will also be stocked.  These will be mainly everyday items of high quality that cooks and food enthusiasts would use e.g. micro pore graters, knives, mortar & pestles, pepper grinders etc and includes brands such as Kitchen Aid, Reidel and Bodum.

Cheese and Dairy
Gourmet Providores stock a range of domestic and imported cheeses.  These are displayed and stored in a specialist cheese room  to enable ease of selection.  The products will be sourced from large commercial operations and also small “farmhouse” operations to give the connoisseur choices that are not available in larger supermarket chains.  To assist cooks we also stock a range of dairy products for use in the kitchen e.g. cream, yoghurt, different grades of butter etc.

Ready to Eat Meals
A large component of the Gourmet Providores business is ready to eat meals.  These are made by the Gourmet Providores team and are refrigerated or frozen and then heated up by the customer at home.  There is a range of items depending upon the season but the main items are fresh pasta and sauces, curries, soups and casseroles. 

Herbs and Produce
Inline with being a one stop shop for cooking enthusiasts we will stock a large range of both dried and fresh herbs.  Gourmet Providores will also stock a range of fresh produce. 

Antipasto and Meats
A large portion of our business is the traditional delicatessen lines.  Included in these are olives and marinated vegetables.  We also produce some home made items such as fresh dips and tapenade.  Gourmet Providores stocks high quality delicatessen lines sourced from quality producers.  We obtain the best quality products from specialist producers throughout Australia and the World.  However we also stock some mainstream commercial brands and options to ensure all customers are catered for.

Bakery & Deserts
Gourmet Providores stocks a range of fresh bread and bread products and also sell a combination of home made gourmet deserts such as Semi Fredo and lime curd plus commercially made high quality ice creams and sorbets.

Packaged Items
As an emporium of fine food we carry a large range of cooking ingredients.  These will range from various salts, oils, flours and sugars through to jams, mustards and spreads.  The products range from individual made items to commercial styles and qualities. 

Coffee
Gourmet Providores sells both take away and “drink in” coffee.  Our brand of choice is Vittoria coffee and we have a state of the art Faema expresso machine imported from Italy to ensure consistently high quality coffee is served.
 
Lunch
Gourmet Providores sell a range of ready to eat rolls, baguettes and bagels that are  freshly made on the day.  We also prepare two fresh salads daily and sell a range of gourmet pies and quiches.
